Is it better to use synthetic or conventional motor oil for a Ford Focus?

I just bought a used Ford Focus and I want to make sure I am using the right type of motor oil for optimal performance. Should I stick with conventional oil or switch to synthetic? I am not sure which one is better for my car and how it will affect its overall longevity.

In my experience, I have found that using synthetic motor oil has been the best choice for my Ford Focus. It provides better protection for the engine and can handle extreme temperatures. I would recommend making the switch.

I prefer sticking with conventional motor oil for my Ford Focus. It has worked well for me and I have not experienced any issues. It's also more affordable compared to synthetic oil.

It really depends on your driving habits and how often you change your oil. If you have a heavy commute or take long trips frequently, synthetic oil may be a better choice. But if you have more regular driving habits, conventional oil should suffice.
