Can you recommend the best engine oil for a Ford S-Max?

I recently bought a Ford S-Max and I'm wondering what engine oil would be the best for optimal performance and longevity. I've heard of different types like synthetic and conventional, but I'm not sure which one is better. Also, how often should I change the oil? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Based on my personal experience, I would recommend using a full synthetic engine oil for your Ford S-Max. It provides better lubrication and lasts longer compared to conventional oil. As for how often you should change it, it's recommended to do so every 7,500 to 10,000 miles or once a year, whichever comes first.

I've been using a conventional oil for my Ford S-Max and I haven't had any issues. It's cheaper and gets the job done. Just make sure to change it every 5,000 miles or every 6 months.

I highly recommend using a high-performance synthetic oil for your Ford S-Max. It may cost a little more, but it'll ultimately protect your engine and improve performance. As for oil change frequency, it really depends on your driving habits. I would recommend checking it every 5,000 miles and changing it when it starts to look dirty.
