How do I change the oil on a Ford Puma?

I'm a new owner of a Ford Puma and I'm not sure how often I should change the oil. Also, is there a specific brand or type of oil that I should be using for this car? Any tips or advice is greatly appreciated!

As a long-time Ford owner, I can tell you that changing your oil every 5,000-7,500 miles is recommended for optimal performance. As for the type of oil, always refer to the owner's manual for the specific grade and viscosity recommended for your Puma.

I suggest using a high-quality synthetic oil for your Ford Puma. It provides better lubrication and protection for your engine. It may cost a bit more, but it's worth it for the long-term health of your car.

A tip I learned from my mechanic is to always check the oil level and color before and after a long trip. If it's low or dirty, it's time for an oil change. And don't forget to also replace the oil filter!
