How do I check the transmission fluid level in my Ford Mondeo?

I recently purchased a used Ford Mondeo and want to make sure the transmission fluid is at the correct level. How do I check it and what should the level be?

To check the transmission fluid level in your Ford Mondeo, you will need to locate the transmission dipstick under the hood. The transmission fluid level should be between the 'low' and 'full' marks on the dipstick. If it is too low, you can add more fluid by using a funnel and pouring it into the dipstick tube.

I recommend checking your transmission fluid level every 6 months to ensure it is at the correct level. A low fluid level can indicate a leak or other issues with the transmission. If the fluid is dark in color or has a burnt smell, it may be time for a fluid change.
