How do I fix a leaky radiator in my Ford Puma?

I recently noticed that my Ford Puma's radiator has been leaking. What steps do I need to take to fix this issue? Is it something I can do on my own or should I take it to a mechanic?

Hello Anne, fixing a leaky radiator can be a bit tricky, but it is definitely doable on your own. First, you'll need to find the source of the leak and determine if it is a small crack or a larger hole. If it's a small crack, you can try using a radiator sealant to patch it up. However, if it's a larger hole, you may need to replace the entire radiator. I recommend taking a look at some online tutorials or consulting a mechanic for further assistance. Best of luck!

Hi Anne, I had a similar issue with my Ford Puma and was able to fix it by replacing the radiator hose. Make sure to properly drain the coolant before attempting to replace the hose. If this doesn't fix the issue, it may be a more serious problem and I suggest taking it to a mechanic. Hope this helps!
