How do I perform an oil change on my Ford Puma?

I recently purchased a Ford Puma and want to learn how to do an oil change myself to save money. What steps do I need to follow and what tools and materials do I need?

First, gather all the necessary tools such as an oil filter wrench, new oil filter, oil pan, funnel, and new oil. Make sure to park your Ford Puma on a level surface and wait for the engine to cool down before proceeding.

Next, locate the oil drain plug under the engine and place the oil pan underneath. Use the oil filter wrench to loosen and remove the oil filter. Allow the old oil to drain out completely.

Once all the old oil has drained, replace the oil filter with a new one. Then, using the funnel, pour in the recommended amount of fresh oil into the engine. Check the oil level with the dipstick to ensure it is at the correct level.

Finally, make sure to properly dispose of the old oil and filter. Start up your Ford Puma and let it run for a few minutes before checking for any leaks. Congratulations, you have successfully performed an oil change on your Ford Puma!
