How do I properly maintain the transmission of my Ford Kuga?

I have a Ford Kuga and I want to make sure that I am taking proper care of the transmission. It currently has over 50,000 miles on it and I drive mostly on the highway. I have heard mixed reviews on whether or not I should get a transmission flush. What do you recommend?

It's always a good idea to follow the manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule for your specific model of Ford Kuga. For the transmission, this typically involves changing the fluid and filter every 30,000 miles or so. If you have reached 50,000 miles and have not performed a transmission flush, it may be a good idea to get one done to ensure the longevity of your vehicle's transmission.

I have a Ford Kuga as well and I have always followed the manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule for my transmission. I have over 100,000 miles on it and have had no issues. I highly recommend getting a transmission flush if you haven't done so already.

I used to be a mechanic and I have seen the damage that can be caused by neglecting transmission maintenance. It is definitely worth it to get a transmission flush every 30,000 miles or so. It's much cheaper than having to replace the entire transmission if it fails.
