How often should I change the engine oil in my Ford Mondeo?

I've had my Ford Mondeo for a few years now and I'm not sure how often I should change the engine oil. Is it every 5,000 miles or every 10,000 miles? I'm not sure what's best for my car and I don't want to cause any damage. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

As a Ford technician, I would recommend changing your engine oil every 5,000 miles for optimal performance and longevity of your car. It's always better to err on the side of caution and keep your engine well lubricated.

I've been driving a Ford Mondeo for years and have always changed my engine oil every 10,000 miles. I've never had any issues and my car has always run smoothly. But if you're unsure, it's always best to stick with the manufacturer's recommendation.

In my experience, it really depends on how often you drive and the type of driving you do. If you're doing a lot of city driving with frequent stops and starts, you may want to change the oil more frequently. If you mostly do highway driving, every 7,500 miles should suffice. Use your best judgment and don't forget to check your oil level regularly.
