How often should I change the engine oil in my Ford Puma?

I recently bought a Ford Puma and I am not sure how often I should change the engine oil. I want to make sure I am properly maintaining my car's engine.

It is recommended to change your engine oil every 5,000 to 7,500 miles or every 6 months, whichever comes first.

In order to ensure the longevity of your engine, you should check your oil levels regularly and change the oil every 3,000 to 5,000 miles.
