How to replace the spark plugs on a Ford Ranger?

I've noticed my Ford Ranger is running rough and I think it's time to replace the spark plugs. Can anyone give me a step-by-step guide on how to do this?

Replacing the spark plugs on a Ford Ranger is a relatively simple task. First, you'll need to locate the spark plugs under the hood. You can usually find them on top of the engine, connected to thick wires. Once you've located them, use a spark plug socket and a ratchet to remove the old spark plugs. Make sure to check the gap on the new spark plugs before installing them. Then, use a torque wrench to tighten the new spark plugs to the recommended torque. Finally, reconnect the spark plug wires and you're all set!

I've found that using dielectric grease on the spark plug wires can help prevent any future issues with misfires. Also, make sure to check the condition of your spark plug wires while you're at it. If they're worn or damaged, it's best to replace them as well.
