How to troubleshoot engine misfires in a Ford Mondeo?

I have a 2014 Ford Mondeo with a 2.0 engine that has been misfiring. I have replaced the spark plugs and ignition coils, but the problem persists. Can anyone offer some advice on how to troubleshoot this issue?

Have you checked the fuel injectors? They could be clogged and causing the misfire.

Try cleaning the mass air flow sensor, it could be dirty and affecting the engine performance.
