Is it necessary to regularly change the transmission fluid in a Ford Puma?

I have a Ford Puma and I am wondering if I should change the transmission fluid regularly. I've heard it is important for the longevity of the transmission, but I'm not sure how often it should be done. Can anyone give me some advice on this?

It is important to change the transmission fluid on a regular basis to ensure the smooth functioning of your Ford Puma's transmission. Generally, it is recommended to have the transmission fluid changed every 30,000 miles or every 2-3 years.

B

Regularly changing the transmission fluid can prevent costly transmission repairs in the future. It's a small investment now that can save you money in the long run.

I personally change my transmission fluid every 50,000 miles and have not had any issues. However, it is always best to follow the recommended interval in your owner's manual.
