What is the best engine oil for a Ford Kuga SUV?

I just bought a Ford Kuga SUV and I'm not sure which engine oil to use. Can anyone recommend the best one for optimal performance?

I've been using Castrol Edge for years and it has worked great for my Ford Kuga. I highly recommend it.

I've had the best experience with Mobil 1 synthetic oil. My Ford Kuga has been running smoothly ever since I switched to it.

I would suggest using Pennzoil Platinum. It's a bit more expensive but it's worth it for the performance and protection it provides.
