I recently purchased a Ford Focus and want to know the best way to maintain the engine. I've heard mixed opinions on whether or not to use synthetic oil and how often to change it. What would you recommend?
ReplyAs a long-time Ford Focus owner, I highly suggest using synthetic oil for your engine. It provides better protection and lasts longer compared to conventional oil. In terms of frequency, I change my oil every 5,000 miles for optimal performance.
I've found that using conventional oil and changing it every 3,000 miles works best for my Ford Focus. Though it's more frequent, my engine seems to run smoother and have less issues. Give it a try and see how it works for you!
