What is the best motor oil for a Ford S-Max?

I recently purchased a 2021 Ford S-Max and I am unsure of what type of motor oil to use. I want to make sure I am using the best oil for my car's engine and performance. Can anyone provide some recommendations and explain why it's the best option?
