What is the best motor oil to use in a Ford S-Max?

I recently purchased a Ford S-Max and I want to make sure I am using the proper motor oil. Can anyone recommend the best brand and type of motor oil to use? I want to keep my car running smoothly and efficiently.

I've been using Mobil 1 full synthetic motor oil in my Ford S-Max and it has been great for my car's performance and longevity.

I would recommend using Castrol EDGE synthetic motor oil. I've had good experiences with it in my Ford S-Max.
