What is the best oil for a Ford Fiesta's engine?

I recently bought a Ford Fiesta and I'm wondering what type of oil would work best for my car's engine. I've heard conflicting opinions from different mechanics and I'm not sure which one to trust. I don't want to cause any damage to my car, so I'm seeking advice from fellow Ford owners who have experience with this issue.

As a Ford Fiesta owner myself, I highly recommend using synthetic oil for your car's engine. It provides better protection and performance, especially for newer cars like the Fiesta.

I've been using conventional oil for my Ford Fiesta for years and haven't had any issues. It's cheaper and gets the job done just fine.

I would suggest using a high mileage oil if your Ford Fiesta has over 75,000 miles on it. It's formulated to protect older engines and can improve engine performance.
