What is the best oil for a Ford Fiesta ST?

I recently purchased a Ford Fiesta ST and I'm not sure what type of oil to use. I've heard different opinions from different people and I'm not sure who to trust. Can anyone provide some guidance on what oil is best for this car?

I've been using Royal Purple synthetic oil in my Fiesta ST and it has been performing well. It's on the pricier side but I think it's worth it for the added protection and performance.

I work at a Ford dealership and we typically use Motorcraft synthetic blend oil for all of our cars, including the Fiesta ST. It's a more affordable option but still provides good performance.
