What is the best oil to use for a Ford Kuga?

I just bought a Ford Kuga and I want to make sure I am using the best oil for my car. What type of oil should I be using and how often should I change it?

For your Ford Kuga, it is recommended to use synthetic oil for optimal engine performance. Make sure to check your car manual for the specific oil grade and change it every 5,000-7,500 miles depending on your driving habits.

I have a Ford Kuga too and I use synthetic oil. It's a bit more expensive but it's worth it for the better engine protection and longer oil change intervals. As for the frequency, I change it every 7,500 miles.

I've been using conventional oil for my Ford Kuga and haven't had any issues. Just make sure to change it every 3,000-5,000 miles. It's cheaper but you might have to change it more frequently.
