What is the best oil to use in a Ford Mondeo?

I just bought a Ford Mondeo and I'm wondering what type of oil is recommended for optimal performance. Should I stick with conventional oil or switch to synthetic? And how often should I change the oil?

I highly recommend using synthetic oil in your Ford Mondeo. It is specifically designed to provide better engine protection and performance. As for how often you should change the oil, it depends on your driving habits and the type of oil used. Generally, it's recommended to change it every 5,000-7,500 miles.

I've been using conventional oil in my Ford Mondeo for years and have never had any issues. Unless you're driving in extreme conditions, conventional oil should be sufficient. Just make sure to follow the recommended oil change interval in your owner's manual.

I would advise against using any cheap, off-brand oil in your Ford Mondeo. Always stick to reputable brands and follow the recommended oil viscosity for your specific model. And don't forget to also change the oil filter when you change the oil.
