What is the best type of oil to use in a Ford Focus?

I recently purchased a Ford Focus and I'm not sure what type of oil is best for my car. Can someone advise me on which type of oil to use and how often to change it?

I recommend using synthetic oil for your Ford Focus as it offers better engine protection and performance. It's also important to check your oil level regularly and change it every 5,000-7,500 miles.

You should also consider the climate in your area when choosing oil for your Ford Focus. Thicker oil is better for colder temperatures while thinner oil is best for hotter climates.

I've been using high mileage oil in my Ford Focus and have had great results. It's formulated for older, higher mileage cars and can help prolong engine life.
