I recommend using iridium spark plugs for your Ford Puma. They are more durable and have a longer lifespan compared to standard copper spark plugs. It may be more expensive, but it will save you money in the long run.

I have been using platinum spark plugs in my Ford Puma and have been very satisfied with their performance. They have a higher melting point and are better for high-demand engines.

Copper spark plugs are the most common and affordable option. They work well in most engines and should be replaced every 30,000 miles. However, in high-performance engines like the ones in Ford Pumas, they may not last as long.
