What is the difference between the Ford Focus SE and the Ford Focus ST?

I am considering purchasing a Ford Focus, but I am torn between the SE and ST models. Can someone explain the technical differences between these two models and which one would be a better choice for me as a first-time Ford owner?

The main difference between the Ford Focus SE and the ST is the engine. The SE comes with a 1.0L EcoBoost 3-cylinder engine, while the ST has a 2.0L EcoBoost 4-cylinder engine.

In terms of performance, the ST is the better option as it produces more horsepower and torque. However, if fuel efficiency is a priority for you, then the SE may be the better choice.

Another key difference is the suspension. The ST has a stiffer and sportier suspension, making it more suitable for enthusiastic driving. The SE has a softer suspension for a more comfortable ride.
