What is the recommended engine oil for a Ford Galaxy car?

I am planning to change my Ford Galaxy car's engine oil. Can anyone recommend the best type and brand for this model?

I personally use Castrol EDGE Synthetic Motor Oil in my Ford Galaxy and it has been performing great so far. It's also recommended by many Ford car enthusiasts.
