What is the top speed of the Ford Ranger?

I recently purchased a Ford Ranger 2007. I have been enjoying it, but I am curious about its top speed. Can anyone tell me the exact top speed of this particular model? Is it safe and recommended to drive at its maximum speed? Thanks!
