What kind of oil does a Ford Mondeo use?

I recently purchased a used Ford Mondeo and I am not sure what type of oil it requires. Can anyone provide me with some advice on the best type of oil to use?

I have used a synthetic blend oil in my Ford Mondeo for years and it has never caused any issues. I recommend sticking with a high quality oil to keep your engine running smoothly.
