What size tires should I use for my Ford Ranger?

I just bought a Ford Ranger and I'm wondering what size tires I should use for optimal performance. I plan on using it for both on and off road driving. Any suggestions?

For the best all-around performance, I recommend using 265/70R16 tires. They provide good traction and handling on both on and off road terrain.

If you plan on doing a lot of off road driving, I suggest using larger 31x10.5R15 tires. They will give you better clearance and grip on rough terrain.

For improved fuel efficiency and a smoother ride, go with smaller 235/85R16 tires. They will also be better for city driving.
