What type of engine oil should I use in my Ford Galaxy?

I recently bought a used Ford Galaxy and I'm not sure what type of engine oil to use. It has a 2.0L Ecoboost engine and I want to make sure I am using the correct oil for optimal performance and longevity. Can anyone recommend a specific brand or viscosity? Thanks!
