Which engine oil should I use for my Ford Transit Custom?

I recently purchased a Ford Transit Custom van and I am unsure about which engine oil to use. Can anyone recommend the best type of oil for this vehicle?

I have a Ford Transit Custom as well and I always use 5W-30 motor oil. It works great for my van and I have never had any issues.

I use 10W-40 oil for my Ford Transit and it has been working well for me. But make sure to check your owner's manual for the recommended oil viscosity for your specific model.
