Why does my Ford S-Max make a loud noise while accelerating?

I recently noticed that my Ford S-Max makes a loud noise when I accelerate. It almost sounds like a whirring or grinding noise. What could be causing this and should I be worried about it?

From my experience, this could be a sign of a faulty wheel bearing. It's best to get it checked out by a mechanic as soon as possible.

I had the same issue with my Ford S-Max and it turned out to be an issue with the transmission. I would recommend taking it to a Ford dealership for a proper diagnosis.

It could also be a problem with the exhaust or muffler. I would suggest getting it inspected to determine the exact cause.
