Why is my Ford EcoSport making a strange noise when I accelerate?

I recently purchased a Ford EcoSport and have noticed that when I accelerate, there is a strange noise coming from the engine. The noise seems to be more prominent when the car is cold and goes away as the car warms up. What could be causing this issue? Any advice on how to fix it?

Based on your description, it sounds like you may have an issue with your engine's serpentine belt. This is responsible for transferring power from the engine to other components, and if it is loose or worn out it can cause strange noises. I would recommend taking your car to a trusted mechanic to have it checked and potentially replaced if necessary.

I had a similar issue with my Ford EcoSport and it turned out to be a problem with the transmission. There was a small leak that was causing the noise and it required a seal replacement. I would suggest taking your car to a Ford dealership for a thorough inspection and proper repair.

The noise could also be due to a problem with the exhaust system. If there is a leak or blockage, it can cause strange noises when accelerating. I recommend taking your car to a mechanic who specializes in exhaust systems to have it checked and repaired if needed.
