Why is my Ford Fiesta jerking at high speeds?

I have a 2015 Ford Fiesta with about 55,000 miles on it. Recently, I noticed that when I'm driving at higher speeds, around 60mph or higher, my car starts to jerk and feel like it's struggling to maintain speed. This seems to happen more when I'm going uphill. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

Hi Jessica, it sounds like your car may have a transmission issue. I would recommend taking it to a trusted mechanic and have them check the transmission fluid levels and also perform a diagnostic test. It's important to address this issue before it gets worse and potentially causes more damage to your car.

Hey Jessica, I had a similar issue with my Ford Fiesta and it turned out to be a faulty fuel injector. You may want to have that checked as well. My advice would be to find a reliable mechanic and have them perform a thorough inspection to pinpoint the exact cause of the jerking.

Hi Jessica, I had this same problem with my Ford Fiesta and it turned out to be a clogged fuel filter. I would suggest getting that checked as well. It's a relatively easy and inexpensive fix, but it can make a big difference in the car's performance.
