Why is my Ford Galaxy engine misfiring?

I have noticed that my Ford Galaxy engine seems to be misfiring when idling. What could be causing this issue and how can I fix it?

It could be a problem with the spark plugs or ignition coils. Have you checked those yet?

I had a similar issue with my Ford Galaxy and it turned out to be a faulty fuel injector. Have that checked as well.
