Why is my Ford Ranger stalling when I come to a stop?

I have a 2018 Ford Ranger and recently I've noticed that when I come to a complete stop, my car will occasionally stall. It's not happening every time, but it has happened a few times in the past week. What could be causing this issue? Is it something I need to get checked out by a mechanic?

It sounds like your Ford Ranger may have an issue with the idle control system. This can cause the engine to stall when the car is at a stop. I recommend taking it to a trusted mechanic to get it checked out and possibly replace the idle control valve.

I had a similar issue with my Ford Ranger and it turned out to be a faulty fuel pump. I would recommend getting it checked out as soon as possible to avoid any further problems.

It could also be an issue with the spark plugs or spark plug wires. If they are worn or damaged, it could cause the engine to stall. I suggest having them inspected and replaced if necessary.
