How often should you change the oil in a Ford Galaxy?

I recently purchased a used Ford Galaxy and I'm not sure how often I should be changing the oil. It's a 2015 model and has about 50,000 miles on it. Do you have any recommendations on how often I should change the oil to maintain optimal performance?
