How to improve traction in the Ford Ranger?

I recently purchased a Ford Ranger and have been having trouble with traction. It seems to spin out easily on wet or slippery roads. What can I do to improve the traction on my Ford Ranger?

One option is to invest in a set of all-terrain tires. These provide better grip and traction in off-road and wet conditions. You could also consider adding weight to the back of your truck to improve traction.

Another option is to install a locking differential. This will allow your wheels to spin at the same speed, providing better traction in slippery conditions. You could also try using sandbags or other heavy objects in the bed of your truck to add weight for improved traction.

Make sure you are regularly checking and maintaining your tire pressure. Underinflated tires can reduce traction, especially in wet or slippery conditions. You could also consider installing mud flaps to help prevent rocks and debris from impacting your tires and reducing traction.
