Is it normal for my Ford Focus to make a popping noise when turning?

I just purchased a Ford Focus and noticed that it makes a popping noise when I turn the steering wheel. Is this something I should be concerned about? Is it normal for this model?

It's not uncommon for newer vehicles to make popping noises when turning. This could be due to air pockets in the power steering system or the suspension components breaking in. However, if the noise is persistent or becomes louder, it's always a good idea to have it checked by a mechanic to ensure there are no underlying issues.

I've owned a Ford Focus for years and have never experienced this issue. It's possible that there could be a problem with the power steering or suspension components. I would recommend taking your car to a certified mechanic to have it inspected.
