Is the Ford Ranger a reliable truck?

I'm thinking of purchasing a Ford Ranger for my daily commute and occasional off-roading. Can anyone attest to its reliability and durability in both city and rugged environments?

I've owned a Ford Ranger for 10 years now and it's been the most reliable truck I've ever owned. It's perfect for city driving and can handle rough terrain without any issues. Definitely recommend it.
