What are the benefits of the Integrated Navigation System in a Ford EcoSport?

I recently purchased a Ford EcoSport and it came equipped with an integrated navigation system. I'm not sure if it's worth using or if I should stick with my phone's navigation. Can anyone explain the advantages of using the integrated system over using a phone?
