What is the best oil type for Ford Transit Custom?

I recently purchased a Ford Transit Custom and wanted to know what type of oil is recommended for optimal performance. Can I use any brand of oil or should I stick to a specific type?

In my experience, using a conventional oil can still provide good performance for your Ford Transit Custom, as long as you change it regularly. I personally use a Chevron or Valvoline blend and have had no issues.
