What is the recommended oil for a Ford Ranger 3.2L engine?

I recently purchased a Ford Ranger with a 3.2L engine and I want to make sure I am using the right oil for optimal performance. Can anyone recommend a specific type or brand of oil that is best suited for this engine?

I have been using Castrol Edge in my Ford Ranger 3.2L and have had great results. It provides excellent protection and performance for the engine.

I've found that Pennzoil Platinum Full Synthetic oil works really well in my Ford Ranger 3.2L. It helps keep the engine clean and running smoothly.
