What is the recommended type of motor oil for a Ford Focus?

I recently bought a used Ford Focus and I'm not sure what type of motor oil to use. Should I stick with conventional, synthetic, or high mileage oil? How often should I change it?

I recommend using synthetic motor oil for your Ford Focus. Not only does it offer better performance and protection, but it also allows for longer oil change intervals. I would recommend changing your oil every 7,500 to 10,000 miles.

You should stick with conventional motor oil for your Ford Focus. Synthetic oil is more expensive and may not be necessary for your car. As for oil change intervals, I would suggest following the manufacturer's recommendations and checking your oil level regularly.
