Hi Emily, congratulations on your new Ford Transit Custom! The squeaking noise could be caused by a number of things such as worn brake pads, dirty rotors or even humidity. I would suggest taking your van to a trusted mechanic for a thorough inspection and possible repair. Don't ignore this issue as it could lead to more serious problems in the future. Hope this helps!

Hi Emily, I had a similar issue with my Ford Transit Custom and it turned out to be due to worn brake pads. I replaced them with high-quality brake pads and the noise disappeared. I would suggest trying this solution first before seeking professional help.

Hey Emily, it's common for brakes to squeak on new cars. This is usually due to the brake pads needing to be broken in. Give it some time and the noise should go away on its own. If it persists, then have it checked by a mechanic just to be safe.
