Why does my Ford Galaxy's engine make a loud clicking noise?

I just purchased a Ford Galaxy and when I start the engine, it makes a loud clicking noise. Is this something I should be concerned about? If so, how can I fix it?

It's normal for your Ford Galaxy to make a clicking noise when starting the engine, as long as it goes away once the engine is running. If the noise persists, it could be a sign of a faulty starter or a loose valve. I suggest taking it to a mechanic for a thorough inspection.

I had the same issue with my Ford Galaxy and it turned out to be a loose belt. I fixed it myself by tightening the belt, but if you're not comfortable doing that yourself, it's best to take it to a mechanic.
