Why does my Ford Puma lose power while driving?

I recently bought a used Ford Puma and while driving, it suddenly loses power and I have to stop and restart the engine to continue driving. This has happened multiple times and I'm not sure what the issue could be. Can anyone provide some insight on what could be causing this issue?

It sounds like your engine may be experiencing a misfire. This could be due to a variety of reasons such as faulty spark plugs, a clogged fuel filter, or a failing ignition coil. I recommend taking your Ford Puma to a mechanic for a diagnostic test to pinpoint the exact cause.

Check your air filter and make sure it's clean. A dirty air filter can cause your engine to lose power and result in your car stalling. If it's dirty, replace it and see if that improves your car's performance.

I had a similar issue with my Ford Puma and it turned out to be a problem with the fuel pump. It's worth getting it checked out to see if that's the case for you as well.
