Why is my Ford S-Max making a grinding noise while turning?

I have noticed that my Ford S-Max is making a loud grinding noise whenever I make a turn. It seems to be coming from the front wheels. What could be causing this issue and how can I fix it?

It is likely that your wheel bearings are worn out and need to be replaced. This is a common issue in Ford S-Max cars. It is important to get this fixed as soon as possible to avoid further damage to your vehicle.

Check your power steering fluid level. If it is low, it can cause a grinding noise while turning. If the fluid is low, top it off and see if the noise goes away. If not, it could be a sign of a bigger problem.
