Do I need to change the transmission fluid in my Ford Kuga?

I recently purchased a Ford Kuga and I've been hearing mixed things about whether or not I should change the transmission fluid. Some say it's a waste of money while others say it's necessary for a long-lasting transmission. What should I do?

Yes, it is recommended to change the transmission fluid in your Ford Kuga every 30,000 miles or 3 years, whichever comes first.

It's not necessary to change the transmission fluid if you have a newer model Ford Kuga with a sealed transmission. Check your owner's manual for more information.

I work at a Ford dealership and we always recommend changing the transmission fluid to prevent any potential issues in the future. Better safe than sorry!
