I have been driving my Ford Puma for about a year now and I have noticed that the tires seem to wear out pretty quickly. Is there anything I can do to maintain them better and prolong their lifespan?
ReplyOne thing you can do is regularly check your tire pressure and make sure they are inflated to the recommended level. Under inflated tires can wear out quicker and also decrease fuel efficiency. Another good practice is to rotate your tires every 6,000 to 8,000 miles to ensure even wear and tear.
Try to avoid harsh braking and accelerating as this can put extra strain on your tires. It's also a good idea to avoid driving on rough or potholed roads as they can cause damage to your tires. Lastly, make sure to get your tires aligned and balanced regularly to ensure they wear evenly.
