How often should the oil be changed in a Ford Puma?

I have a Ford Puma and I am wondering how often the oil should be changed for optimal performance and engine health. I am also curious if there are any differences in oil change frequency for different models or versions of the Ford Puma. Thank you in advance for any advice!

It is recommended to change the oil in a Ford Puma every 7,500 miles or every 12 months, whichever comes first. However, if you frequently drive in extreme temperatures or conditions, it may be beneficial to change the oil more frequently.

I change the oil in my Ford Puma every 5,000 miles to ensure its longevity. I also recommend using synthetic oil for better engine performance.

I suggest following the recommended oil change interval for your specific model of Ford Puma. Consult your owner's manual for more precise information. Don't forget to also check the level and condition of the oil in between changes.
