Is the Ford S-Max's EcoBoost engine reliable?

I am considering buying a Ford S-Max with the 1.5L EcoBoost engine. When it comes to reliability, is this engine a good choice or should I consider another one?

Unfortunately, I have had some reliability issues with my Ford S-Max's EcoBoost engine. I have had multiple repairs done and am now considering getting a different engine. I suggest doing some research and possibly opting for a different engine.
